2.WHAT CAN I WIN?

3.DO I NEED TO BE A RED ROYALTY MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE?
Yes. To become a Red Royalty member, sign up here. Make sure you are opted in to receive email marketing communications from Red Rooster. If you choose to opt-out of email marketing communications, you won’t be able to receive mini games that contain instant win prizes.
4.HOW DO I ENTER THE PROMOTION?
If you’re already a verified Red Royalty member – great! You’re almost there. To enter this promotion you’ll need to:
- Make a qualifying transaction:
- Place an order Instore or via Drive-Thru - Spend $15 or more in a single transaction
- Place an order via Delivery - Spend $25 or more in a single transaction
- Provide your Red Royalty details at the time of ordering.
- Instore or Drive-Thru: You can do this by scanning your Red Royalty app, scanning your physical Red Royalty card or providing your mobile number linked to your account during your transaction.
- Delivery: Make sure you have signed into your Red Royalty account during the time of transaction.
Easy! You’ll be automatically entered into the promotion and then you are on your way to receiving instant prizes if you follow the above steps.
5.CAN I PLACE MY DELIVERY ORDER THROUGH THIRD PARTY DELIVERY CHANNELS AND STILL ENTER THIS PROMOTION?
No, you will need to place a delivery order directly via the Red Rooster app or by visiting orders.redrooster.com.au. Orders placed via third party channels such as Doordash, Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Menulog are excluded. Remember, if we don’t currently deliver to your location you can still enter this promotion by making a qualifying transaction Instore or via Drive-Thru.
6.I FORGOT TO PROVIDE MY RED ROYALTY DETAILS DURING MY PURCHASE, CAN I STILL ENTER?
No, Sorry. You’ll need to provide your Red Royalty details during your transaction if you’re placing an order Instore or via Drive-Thru. If you’re placing a delivery order, you’ll need to sign into your Red Royalty account before placing your order. If you forgot to provide your Red Royalty details this time, no worries! There’s always next time.
7.HOW WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE WON A PRIZE?
Every qualifying transaction will receive an email containing a mini game. Simply follow the instructions in the email to play the mini game and win 1 of 330,000 prizes instantly. Make sure to follow the instructions on the landing page to claim your instant prize.
Every qualifying transaction will also go into the draw to win a $50 e-visa gift card. There are 100 winners each week. Winners of the $50 prize will be contacted via email, so make sure to check your junk mail in case you’re a winner! ACT winners of the $50 Cash prize will be announced on this page (keep scrolling!).
8.WHEN DO THE DRAWS TAKE PLACE?

9.HOW DO I REDEEM MY PRIZE?
For all instant win prizes, you will need to follow the instructions provided on the website (reached via the mini game email you receive) in order to redeem or claim your prize.
If you win a $50 cash prize, you will be sent an e-visa gift card to the email address registered with your Red Royalty account.
10.HOW DO I REDEEM MY DOUBLE OR TRIPLE DOLLAR REWARD PRIZE?
Your loyalty reward is valid for redemption for 7 days from the date of issue. Meaning, you’ll automatically receive double or triple the rate of loyalty dollar earnings after your next Red Royalty purchase, based on your next transaction value. The Double and Triple Dollar rewards will not be visible on your app or Red Royalty account, instead, this will be automatically applied to your next transaction.

11.I RECEIVED A $5 OR $10 LOYALTY DOLLAR REWARD PRIZE, WHERE CAN I FIND THIS IN THE APP?
Your $5 or $10 Red Royalty dollar reward will be added automatically to your Red Royalty dollar balance after your prize is claimed. This will not appear in your INSTORE or DELIVERY offers.
Remember, your $5 or $10 Red Royalty dollar reward is valid for redemption for 7 days from the date of issue. Partially used or fully unused funds (loyalty dollars) will be removed from your Red Royalty account balance.
12.I HAD A DELIVERY OR INSTORE VOUCHER IN MY RED ROOSTER ACCOUNT/APP AND NOW IT’S GONE, WHY?
If you can no longer find a certain delivery or instore voucher in your account, here’s why:
- Your instant win delivery or instore voucher prize expired. Refer to Question 14 for more information on expiry dates.
- For the entire promotion you’ll also have a range of weekly instore and delivery vouchers available to use. Check your INSTORE and DELIVERY OFFERS via the Red Rooster app to see what’s currently available for you to use. These offers are updated every week (on Mondays), so make sure to use any Instore or Delivery vouchers before they’re removed!
13.I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONTAINING A MINI GAME
If you made a qualifying transaction ($15 or more Instore or via Drive-Thru / $25 or more in Delivery) and provided your Red Royalty details during your transaction you should receive an email containing a mini game. There may be a few reasons as to why you didn’t receive your mini game including:
- Your mini game is hiding in your junk mail – make sure to check here after making a qualifying transaction!
- You aren’t a verified Red Royalty member – not sure if you’re a verified Red Royalty member? Message our team at https://feedback.redrooster.com.au so we can look into this for you. Please be patient with us, as we may take several days to get back to you.
- Still not sure why you didn’t receive an email mini game? Message our team at https://feedback.redrooster.com.au and we’ll do our best to look into this.
14.WHEN DO I HAVE TO REDEEM MY PRIZES BY?
If your prize was a loyalty reward or instore reward, it is valid for redemption for 7 days from the date of issue.
If your prize was a delivery reward, it is valid for redemption until 11:59pm 31st December 2020.

15.I DON’T WANT TO RECEIVE MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS BUT I WANT TO PLAY THE MINI GAMES & WIN INSTANT PRIZES
Our instant win games are only available to customers who have opted in to receive marketing communications.
You’ll still be entered into the draw for the chance to win $50 even if you don’t opt-in to receive marketing communications or play the mini games.
16.HOW MANY TIMES CAN I PLAY?
You can play as many times as you want. Simply make another qualifying transaction to play again!
17.HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO ENTER?
You can enter the promotion if you are aged 13 years or over as long as you have parent or guardian permission.
